Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

Milk: 70g

Egg: 1

Brown Sugar: 15g

Low-Gluten Flour: 60g

Cocoa Powder: 8g

Baking Powder: 4g

Banana: 1 (mashed)

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:

In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, egg, and brown sugar. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.

Add the mashed banana and mix well.

Add Dry Ingredients:

Sift in the low-gluten flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms. Do not overmix.

Cook the Pancakes:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.

Pour small portions of the batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Serve:
