Onion, diced

Kabocha Squash, seeds removed

Pork Belly, sliced

Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Prepare Kabocha: Place in the microwave and cook for 2-5 minutes to soften slightly. Remove Seed

Cook Filling: While the kabocha is in the microwave, cook the diced onion and sliced pork belly in a skillet over medium heat until the pork belly is browned and the onions are caramelized.

Combine Ingredients: Once the kabocha is softened, scoop out some of the flesh to create a cavity for the filling. Mix the scooped-out kabocha with the cooked onions and pork belly.

Stuff and Top: Fill the kabocha halves with the onion and pork belly mixture. Top with grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.

Bake or Air Fry: Place the stuffed kabocha in an air fryer or oven and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
