Versatile Stir-Fry with Enoki Mushrooms

This stir-fry combines tender lamb (or tofu/beef), nutritious Enoki mushrooms, and a variety of fresh vegetables. Seasoned with aromatic spices and savory sauces, it’s a versatile dish that’s quick to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Enoki Mushrooms

Baby Bok Choy

You Choy Sum

Green Onion

Lamb Slices (or Tofu/Beef Slices)

Seasoning

Cumin Powder

Salt and Pepper

Oyster Sauce

Soy Sauce

Chili Powder

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Slice the protein thinly.

Stir-Fry: Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook protein slices until browned. Remove and set aside.

Cook Vegetables: In the same pan, stir-fry Enoki mushrooms, baby bok choy, and You Choy Sum until tender-crisp.

Combine: Return cooked protein to the pan. Season with cumin powder, salt, pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chili powder. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.

Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
