Ingredients
4-5 large Green Chilies/Peppers
6-8 cloves Garlic
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese Vinegar
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2-4 Century Eggs

Instructions
Roast Chilies: Roast the green chilies/peppers over an open flame or in a hot skillet until the skin is blistered and charred. Let them cool slightly, then peel off the charred skin. Chop the roasted chilies into small pieces.
