Salted Egg Yolk Udon

1 raw egg yolk (for topping)
Udon noodles (1 pack)
1/2 cup heavy cream
A handful of spinach
2-3 slices of bacon (chopped)
4-5 salted egg yolks (smashed)
3-4 mushrooms (sliced)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Chop the bacon and slice the mushrooms. Smash the salted egg yolks into a coarse paste.
Stir-Fry: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add Salted Egg Yolk: Add the smashed salted egg yolks to the pan. Stir well, mixing it with the bacon and mushrooms.
Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Cook the Udon: Add the udon noodles and spinach to the pan. Stir everything together, allowing the noodles to soak up the creamy sauce.
Finish with Egg Yolk: Once the noodles are well-coated, turn off the heat and mix in the raw egg yolk for extra creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
